Run the Globe is a gamification platform that connects to your Strava account to transform your physical activities into a territory-based competitive game. The service allows you to claim territory based on your GPS activity data, compete with other users, and track your fitness achievements.

Key features include territory mapping, leaderboards, friend competitions, activity statistics, and social gaming elements designed to motivate physical activity and create engaging experiences around fitness data.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fake Activities: Uploading false GPS data or activities you did not perform
• Harassment: Targeting, bullying, or harassing other users
• System Manipulation: Attempting to exploit bugs or hack the app
• Inappropriate Content: Sharing offensive, illegal, or harmful content
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Commercial Use: Using the service for unauthorized commercial purposes

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Run the Globe, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Hybl Media ApS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your activity data but grant us a license to use it within the app.

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We may also update these terms, and significant changes will be communicated to users through the app and/or email.
